Progress Report: A Livelier Guild and More Ratkin


More Ratkin

Ratkin were the most expansive enemy group before the Beta started expanding the other enemies. As such, there aren't many new rats, a supporting Courtesa, a bondage Meat Shield, and veteran versions of the Ratkin Mage and Sorcerer. That unfortunately means that there are no new grapples, mostly because the Ratkin puppet is rather shoddily made and works poorly with Human puppets. However, that still means that there are now more ratkin encounters, including Elite ones.


And as a bonus, here are the sprites of all enemies up till now:


And - as a comparison - an older variant from Alpha Devlog 5 (damn, the game has changed a lot).


A Livelier Guild

I also added some extra decorations to the guild. All adventurers have sprites anyway, so it isn't too much work to make them show up in-guild. So now whener you employ an adventurer you can see her in the guild, sprucing up the whole thing:

  • Cleaned up the curio log, including some bugfixes.
  • New command, full_curio.
  • You can now delete guild equipment in Android.
  • You can now view enemy info and complete the tutorials in Android.
  • Completing all tutorials now gives an item.
  • Tutorials have been cleaned up, due to oversights some tutorial messages occured way too late.
  • Added Ratkin bimbos to the Errant Signal dungeon.
  • You can now surrender when "No Retreat" is enabled, thanks Densor!
  • You can now see destiny options in the quests panel (next to the point counter).
  • Once you have 10 of the training tokens, they turn gold and the pips below them are hidden.
  • The console now has syntax highlighting.
  • New preset: Avaria.

Bugfixes:

  • Bimbo quirks couldn't replace locked (not fixed) quirks.
  • Icon cache blinking due to preloading has been reduced
  • Some items weren't added to their virtual sets.
  • Fixed a softlock and crash with very high or negative inventory sizes, thanks Densor!
  • Part of kidnap events was broken, thanks Densor!
  • Fixed some incorrect overworld sprites.
  • Content settings were broken.
  • Trained human maids never occured in encounters.
  • Latex bunnies (subsumed by the Latex Mold) didn't have any moves.
  • The Healing Nodes in the boss dungeon didn't target allies with their heals.
  • One way doors didn't get registered as cleared correctly, allowing shortcuts.
  • Preserve provisions chance was broken.
  • Fixed transformed girls having bald desire textures. 
  • Pinkified the training blindfold and collar, reddified the stylish collar. 
  • Armbinders were missing when kneeling, leading to puppies without arms. 
  • Reinforcements would get their combat start effects applied three times. 
  • Beads cutin had the incorrect skincolor. 
  • Flowerbedicon seemed missing in the bestiary. 
  • Bestiary didn't list enemies that were only seen and not defeated. 
  • Latex enemies had the incorrect eyetextures.
  • Masochist and Exhibitionist afflictions were broken due to incorrect caching of the chance script

i'm not sure if you mentioned this, but now with the addition of the meat shield ratkin enemy. Can cursed heroes like a ratkin also wear cursed bondage gear?

you gona add sex whit the adventures later ?

Public updates are on the first Friday of the month, so you'll only have to wait until the second of August.

It’s sad, I just don’t have the money to buy this game, but thank you very much for allowing me to play for free (as soon as I find a way to pay you, I’ll definitely buy the game)
