Progress Report: More Machines

More Machines:

The machines are different from most other enemies in the fact that each of them has a unique puppet. So while I could give an Alraune a gun and a fancy hat, and call her a different enemy, that isn't the case here. The second best thing was just upgrading the existing machines. I gave them some armor, pink gears and upgraded stats... et voila, new enemies.

This also helps in smoothening the difficulty curve. Machines were a bit easy on the harder difficulties, so the new versions are very welcome, especially seeing that - next to a bunch of extra encounters - there are elite encounters for the machines as well now.

Even more Machines:

Of course just updating the existing machines is a bit boring, so I added a couple new ones, where each of them has a grapple move. I'll illustrate them below:

Yet more Machines:

That's not going to be all though. These machines are based on a schematic provided by Кай in the Discord. Some are still missing and will be added soon. These machines all require their own puppet, so making them takes a while (and I still had quite a backlog of bugs to go through).

Next:

As you can see in the schematic above, not all machines are in yet, meaning some encounters are also not yet in. Next week will contain the next batch of machine enemies. The week after will be a public release, containing these machines, the alraunes and the seedbed dungeon, while the mechanic dungeon will be out for supporters at that point.
